2nd Video *After The Knowing* More stories coming out…..re: The fall of Yogi Bhajan

Hello my dear tribe!

I want to tell you what I know now, today March 8, 2020. *After The Knowing* is what we are calling it in my group.

I AM IN STILL IN DEEP PROCESS WITH ALL OF THIS INFORMATION I HAVE RECEIVED THIS PAST 4 WEEKS…I have grieved, felt duped & betrayed and even angry. I broke down teaching in my live class last week. (If you don’t know what I’m talking about read my last email here: The Fall of Yogi Bhajan) More and more stories of abuse have come forward in the Premka group on Facebook.

We had a call with Ravi Singh who left the dharma over 30 years ago and has been teaching Kundalini for 45 years…I am very hopeful after this call and went live in my group to share about it! This is NOT a public video on YouTube because I had to turn off my comments after the last video! This is a VERY heated topic because you either believe the victims, or you don’t. There seems to be no middle ground! People are still saying the victims are lying and they are protecting the image of Yogi Bhajan. I am NOT! I believe them and stand with the victims!

What I do know moving forward today:

I am continuing my daily meditation practice because it serves me. I will continue to teach my live events, classes and clients. These teachings that come through me now are mine. I am a pure soul and heart and my intentions have always been to heal myself and help others. I’m on day 345ish of this Meditation (takes about 2 minutes)

I have pulled down all of my online courses until I have a clear knowing on how to move forward online….this has been very painful for me, as I have poured my heart & soul to building my online courses over the past 4 years.

I will no longer speak of Yogi Bhajan except to tell the truth.

I will no longer quote him or use his image (honor the victims). I have taken him off my altar and will not “call him in” when I teach.

I will no longer be affiliated with KRI, IKYTA or 3HO, it is clear, and we are being told by many PEOPLE WHO WERE THERE, THEY ALWAYS KNEW, AND THEY COVERED IT UP!
